Once an order is placed with customization details (name, image, logo, design, etc.), changes cannot be made after 24 hours of order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse personalization that is offensive, unlawful, or violates intellectual property rights.

3. Pricing and Payments

Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this, no cancellations are allowed.

Customers must ensure that any design, image, or text provided for personalization does not infringe third-party rights. Customers are solely responsible for any such infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for minor variations in color, size, or placement in personalized products.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not share your data with third parties except for order fulfillment (e.g., courier partners, payment gateways).
